Arrive Early
Please arrive on time. Doors are locked once class starts. Being late can be disruptive and unfair to the other students.

Put away all personal belongings, that includes your phone away in the cupboards.

Turn off your cell phones.
Leaving early
If you must leave early let the teacher know before starting class. You must lay in Savasana/rest pose before leaving.
FAQ
WHAT IF I’M NOT FLEXIBLE?
This is one of the most common misconceptions that prevent people from coming to yoga classes. Yoga is not about how flexible you are. It is about conforming to the pose with your own abilities and knowing your limitations. With practice, your flexibility will increase.

WHAT ARE SOME OF THE BENEFITS?
Yoga postures increase endurance, flexibility, strength, and will power. Regular practice 3 times a week can reduce stress, chronic diseases, and weight.

IS THE TEMPERATURE OF THE YOGA STUDIO IMPORTANT?
Yes. The room should be kept warm so the body heat is not lost in a cold room. The combination of the heat and the yoga postures allows deep changes to occur, helps prevent injuries, and increases flexibility.

WHAT DO I NEED TO PREPARE FOR YOGA?

Avoid eating 2 to 4 hours before class (eating may cause cramping and nausea.

Drink at least 64 oz of water a day

Bring a yoga mat, a large, and a small towel.

​Wear fitness clothes.

·Yoga Mats are provided for Beginner’s Yoga class only.

It is REQUIRED to bring a yoga mat for HOT YOGA AND ASHTANGA due to excess sweating and sanitation purposes.
