Why YogaChill?

At Yoga Chill Studio, we’ve been cultivating community and sharing the timeless wisdom of yoga since 2008. We’re passionate about creating a space where every individual—whether a total beginner or a seasoned yogi—can find their flow, their peace, and their power.

Rooted in the rich tradition of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, we continue to honor this legacy through both Mysore-style and led classes. But we don’t stop there. Our diverse lineup includes Beginner’s Yoga, a perfectly balanced class ideal for new and intermediate practitioners, and our crowd-favorite, Radi8 Hot Yoga, which combines infrared heating technology with a set sequence designed for an invigorating, full-body workout.

Whether you’re seeking mental clarity, a physical challenge, or simply a moment to stretch, breathe, and unwind, we have a class that’s just right for you. Explore our schedule, meet our expert instructors, and feel free to reach out with any questions.

It’s time to find your flow. See you on the mat!

FAQ

WHAT IF I’M NOT FLEXIBLE?

This is one of the most common misconceptions that prevent people from coming to yoga classes. Yoga is not about how flexible you are.  It is about conforming to the pose with your own abilities and knowing your limitations. With practice, your flexibility will increase.

WHAT ARE SOME OF THE BENEFITS?

Yoga postures increase endurance, flexibility, strength, and will power.  Regular practice 3 times a week can reduce stress, chronic diseases, and weight.

IS THE TEMPERATURE OF THE YOGA STUDIO IMPORTANT?

Yes. The room should be kept warm so the body heat is not lost in a cold room. The combination of the heat and the yoga postures allows deep changes to occur, helps prevent injuries, and increases flexibility.

WHAT DO I NEED TO PREPARE FOR YOGA?

  • Avoid eating 2 to 4 hours before class (eating may cause cramping and nausea.

  • Drink at least 64 oz of water a day
