YOGA CLASSES

RADI8 HOT YOGA
Radi8 hot yoga is a set sequence created and popularized by Radi8 Hot Yoga in Phoenix, Arizona. It is a very fun and dynamic set series of yoga postures practiced in a heated sauna like temperature guaranteed to give a great workout.
*Due to the excessive sweating and sanitary reasons we will not provide yoga mats. Please bring a yoga mat and a yoga towel.

Note: Yogachill is equipped with professionally installed state of the art FAR Infared heaters that raises the body’s core temperature in a natural, comfortable way without blowing hot dry air.

GENTLE YOGA 
Is open to all levels of practice, abilities, and is especially great for beginners. This soothing gentle practice allows you to enjoy each pose. Expect lots of stretching and lengthening with a heavy dose of relaxation. 

YOGA 
Great for beginners as well as those with more experience in yoga.  This class focuses on moving slowly into basic yoga poses while using the breath as a tool to remain present and mindful.


ASHTANGA VINYASA
YOGA CLASSES

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is an ancient system of yoga popularized by Guru Sri Pattabhi Jois. It is a dynamic flow of yoga postures in a set sequence that will take the practitioner from beginner to intermediate level of yoga.  It synchronizes the breath and movement to create a unique combination of physical and meditative benefits. Vinyasa and Power yoga originated from the practice.

Methods of Practice:

Mysore Style  - Specific set sequence of postures traditionally done as a individual practice within a group setting.  Each student is given their practice according to their ability and allows the student to work at his/her own pace.  It also allows the teacher to help improve the students practice, give modifications, and additional postures.
Led Style – Set sequence of postures are led in a group setting by the instructor.

HALF PRIMARY SERIES LED CLASS
In this class you will be led through only HALF of the PRIMARY Series (Set sequence of postures).  The instructor will lead the class with detailed instructions.

*Recommended to have some experience in Radi8 Hot Yoga, Vinyasa yoga, or Power yoga before entering this class. 


PRIMARY SERIES LED CLASS
TAUGHT ONCE PER MONTH 
(DON’T MISS OUT)
In this class you will be led traditionally by counting the Vinyasa’s in Sanskrit through the full PRIMARY Series (Set sequence of postures). 
 
*Recommended to have experience in Half Series, Vinyasa, power yoga or have a current Mysore practice before entering this class. 

MYSORE
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a specific sequence of yoga postures done traditionally as a individual practice known as Mysore.  This class allows the student to practice at his/her own pace and abilities.  It also allows the teacher to help improve the students practice, give modifications, and additional postures. 

*Beginners entering this class  must be recommended by a Yogachill instructor to enter this class.
